Pros

Get to work with a group of very smart, considerate people who have high expectations, but want you to succeed. Unbelievably flexible when it comes to working from home, needing to take off for appointments, etc. A lot of room to move up in the organization, to a point. Good Benefits. Once had a great company culture and was a company I was proud to work for.

Cons

Poor work-life balance, particularly in the past few years. Company does not know how to staff properly. Employment tends to be very top heavy (senior employees) and bottom heavy (entry level employees), so there is a lack of experienced people around to handle day-to-day work. Due to the uneven workload, and high turnover of mid-level employees, promotion is often used as a retention strategy, which leads to many people being promoted into positions before they are ready. Quality of work is deteriorating given the lack of heads and operational difficulties. Bonuses are a joke for the amount worked. Company does not move fast enough to keep up with the shifting market. Put a lot of focus on "cool" new things that tend to be expensive for clients, but do not really lead to actionable insights clients are looking for. Once sold to clients, employees are left to their own devices to execute unfamiliar methodologies.

Pros

- Fellow telephone interviewees are friendly. - Flexible hours

Cons

-Poor training - There is no consistency on projects, interviewees never know what they will be on one day to the next. - Different supervisors all the time, never one person port of call. - Have to listen to annoyed respondents all day long. - Feels like your being watched all the time.
