1) Many bright and interesting people work there 2) Company leadership has a good strategic view of how a large company such as Ipsos can play in the current and future market research field 3) I learned a lot while I was there

Cons

1) One of the most political places I have ever worked -- lots of in-fighting and a culture that seems to not just allow but even encourages bad-mouthing of other colleagues 2) Appallingly weak in its operations 3) Extremely siloed so often seems like right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing

Comprehensive induction and training. You can work from home. You can choose your hours.

Cons

Delivering a long-winded survey to business customers who hang up on you while you're half way through the survey. When you call back, they get their secretary to lie to you because they don't want to do the survey - they hate it as much as you do. Whoever devised this survey has NO CLUE that business peoples' time equals money.

Some of the people working there are very talented, but they usually don't stick around for too long

Cons

No work-life balance whatsoever, no transparency regarding bonuses or salaries, the company's strategy and culture is not to attract and retain talent, but to oversell and use people as much as possible and force them to deliver with impossible deadlines.
