      Decent place to work but little relevant training

      Pros

      - The people that work there are, for the most part, smart and pleasant to work with. - The pay is okay, but could be a bit higher considering the amount of work that is being put into each project and the complexity of that work. - Nice office space with a hybrid work model.

      Cons

      - Although there are countless videos on overarching company policies, values, and department models, there is not sufficient training for your day-to-day responsibilities. You have to be there for a long time before you really get a handle on what you are doing. This ends up creating a vicious cycle where someone will leave and their replacement starts the job drowning under work they don't fully understand yet.

      Pros

      Diverse client base, lots of exposure to different clients and projects. There is definitely upside for a research-oriented person that likes telling stories with data.

      Cons

      It takes a long time to understand how to navigate the various teams you’ll need to work with throughout a project, and the fragmentation of groups can be frustrating. This is not a very agile work environment, and leaders with years of company experience are more likely to micromanage and take on their team’s work than provide proper training. It’s also not entirely their fault, as there’s very little formal onboarding or training for new employees.
