Pros

Having such a broad range of specialized research practice areas along the full-service to DIY spectrum means there is built-in variety to keep things fresh and it allows for different career pathways too. I am liking the new Leadership team that has been forming this year ever since our new USA CEO started in the Spring. A great mix of capable people, with strong female representation which I like too. I'd like to stay here for a number of years, for sure and am happy about the working relationships (and friendships) I have developed there so far.

Cons

Ipsos is big, and global and has a wide array of research offerings and solutions. Yes, understandably, there will be some times that this size and scope can present challenges. But I honestly feel that Ipsos offers more autonomy, entrepreneurialism and opportunities to be creative and innovate than I initially expected.
