Pros

- Liked the other analysts I worked with

Cons

horrible management - *extremely boring work* - no room for any creativity - *low pay* - no recognition - unrealistic expectations - *look for mistakes rather than what you did well* - completely demoralizing - no team culture - overworked You will not do research, you will do project management. You will never get to talk to client, you will be at the whim of client managers who are not good at setting expectations with client. Every single analyst who works here is looking for a new job. There are no bonuses and the raise after making it to senior analyst is only $5K (and they don’t negotiate salary)

Pros

The job is so easy but soul destroying at the same time. You can also pick and choose when you want to work within a 3 month period if you're busy with other things.

Cons

Managers can be too aggressive at times. There's a lack of discipline within the office and a toxic macho environment which is not great if you're a woman. Would only recommend if you desperately need cash or just need a weekend job for extra cash. Would not recommend working full-time as there is no guarantee of work from one week to the next.

Pros

good office, some good people at lower levels

Cons

unprofessional and immature management who focus more on gossip and nonsense then they do on moving the company forward. leadership forces HR to write reviews on this site to offset the real ones. look at how many reviews there are for this company, really high number right? because HR told to write them, look at the frequency, you will see the number of good reviews right in a row following a bad one. this is what management focuses on rather than fixing issues
