Pros

Decent salary. Supportive colleagues and management. Management listens to employees. Great perks, including an annual retreat, etc. Fantastic prof development program.

Cons

Advancement doesn't come easily. Large company - can be bureaucratic at times. Although salaries are good, bonus structures could be improved.
