Solid learning with flexibility

Pros

In my department and function there's a good amount of flexibility to work from home. People are helpful and willing to assist when asked. There's a lot of knowledge in the company so a great place to learn and grow.

Cons

Not a very social culture so if that matters to an individual, it's a challenge. It can be a little isolating.

The only pros are that it was a young company and there are opportunities to transfer globally There were no other benefits to working at Ipsos

Cons

- Unfortunately you don't learn any skills that are of any use - The job is menial, and mindless and the pay is horrible for the stress and amount of work

Pros

It's a big company with all the perks you'd expect from one in terms of benefits. Most people I interacted with outside the SF office seemed capable, respectful, and deserving of their titles. (Wish I could say the same for the SF office...)

Cons

In this particular office (because I can't speak to any others) leadership is extremely poor, employee morale is very low, and some people in management roles should definitely not be in them.
