Gain a thorough understanding of the industry, work with top manufacturers as clients, room to grow within the company and organization. Moving toward a very consultative environment so that as you progress within the company you are less focused on project execution and more focused on your clients and how to partner with them.

Cons

Large company tends to be very corporate in terms of their policies. The culture is undergoing changes as a result of the merger with Synovate and some kinks are still being worked out. Sometimes there is a lack of clarity in what you need to do to move to the next to the level and continue growing.
