Pros

- Smart people, collaborative atmosphere (at times, see cons) - Decent pay - Knowledge/communications from top down are good

Cons

- Unevenness in culture (some divisions have poor leadership, argumentative bordering on abusive managers while others have extremely supportive, motivating leaders - Benefit offerings are a hit/miss - Career path management is non-existent. There is no real consideration for those who want to jump to a different role in the company; your main choice is to stay in your current role or look outside the company for a new position.

Pros

They support advertisers for many of the Fortune 500 companies, and they are the best at determining the best market research campaigns for each company.

Cons

There was not enough opportunity for career growth for employees in lower level positions despite the training that was offered, and it was difficult for employees to change career paths despite their potential.
