In the region I worked (Middle east) it is very difficult to progress as they actively discriminate against Western employees Incredible amount of politics

Pros

I like the client centric approach of the company. Being managed by the founders as an independent company proves to be a plus. Very good company or people that would like to make a career in Market Research.

Cons

Not big enough to have more resources to tackle some opportunities and risks. Market Research is not a big market so is difficult to have a relevant size compared to our clients that demand more, better and cheaper tools.
