Pros

They treat you very nicely

Cons

They will take your all round of interviews and then they will select you with joining date and then will refuse to recognise you. Total a time waste. It happened both with me and my project lead . We had to prepare for all round of interviews for case stufy and wasted our time.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, able to work from home, about 12 holidays off a year, business casual work environment

Cons

The number of hours you must work each week to keep up with the work load. Sometimes the women you work with can be passive-aggressive to get themselves ahead. Rarely is the bad behavior checked.
