Great place to work but it also depends on your business unit. Very supportive staff. Creative and down to earth employees and facilities manager Fun, relaxed, and always have a fun event going on every month

Cons

It is a global company so off-shoring work to different depts can be a challenge

The main reason in working is IPSOS is there is a lot of new thing which I have learnt like new software & how to make budget for different project.

Cons

There is not challenge faced in this company

Claims that the field interviewers are 'casual workers' after paying them a regular salary for years ... that isnt good.

Pros

No boss breathing down your neck, very flexible hours, pretty laid back if you really just need the pocket money or to get out of the house. Much better than working a till! Pay OK if you are good at blagging your way through the front door and do the best you can.

Cons

Bosses all loathe each other, contracts of employment are ludicrous and wouldn't hold up in an Industrial Tribunal. And it does involve a fair amount of door-knocking.
