Pros
No boss breathing down your neck, very flexible hours, pretty laid back if you really just need the pocket money or to get out of the house. Much better than working a till! Pay OK if you are good at blagging your way through the front door and do the best you can.
Cons
Bosses all loathe each other, contracts of employment are ludicrous and wouldn't hold up in an Industrial Tribunal. And it does involve a fair amount of door-knocking.
