Pros

Nothing much to be honest, whatever is heard of is false and structured in a way of positivism.

Cons

The office culture believes in grouping and growing instead of realizing efforts from staff. No one cares about how you get the work started or done as long as it does not harm their position Big promises to staff which never fall in place or is falsely narrated verbally to employees. Long working hours with ZERO Benefits Procedures which do not align with industry standards but is forcefully enforced on employees to comply with.

Pros

Great time off (4 weeks after 5 years, 12 holidays, summer hours), lots of nice people to work with, good internal resources.

Cons

Workloads are inconsistent, lots of turnover, heavy focus on business development by senior management. Work can become monotonous. Frustrating IT.
