Pros

Smart, mission-driven people who care about doing good work (even when the company does everything it can to stand in their way) Strong client relationships (for now) and a history delivering impactful research

Cons

Recent leadership changes have led to a culture of fear, control, and distrust Questions are viewed as challenges; competency is viewed as a threat Key staff disappear without any explanation or transition Decisions are made with no thought to the implication it will have on current projects or upcoming opportunities, leading to easily preventable disruptions in delivery and pipeline Morale is at an all time low; high performers who haven’t already been pushed out are polishing their resumes and preparing to leave

Pros

Can have excellent career path if you stay long enough, depends which boss you follow and projects you handled

Cons

Many bargain with internal teams, and extra requests from external clients without extra cost. Lots of OT
