Pros

Many perks. Flexible schedules. Ability to work remotely when needed. Occasional free food. FUn and friendly working environment.

Cons

There aren't really a lot of cons. Inability to move up, and heavy workload would be stretching it.

Pros

Good perks, lots of courses, almost all research methodologies covered.

Cons

Don't feel much care and support for employees. Fragmented and most departments work in silo.

Pros

Ipsos is a huge multinational company, and because of this has the resources to train their employees well. As its a very fast paced environment, you learn a lot and very quickly. Benefits are also pretty good.

Cons

Since it's such a big company, Ipsos is very process heavy, and I find that half of your days are spent learning or following yet another new process. Unfortunately, none of these skills are transferable to any other job, and I find it makes the job quite unpleasant at times. Also, the pay is not very competitive, and it take a long time to get promoted or to even get a raise. Lastly, you will have to work long days, and evening and weekend work is not uncommon and actually often expected.
