Pros

Working for a well known established company gives credibility and confidence. The job involves interviewing members of the public and you can come across some genuinely nice and helpful people, which can be rewarding. Good for developing communication skills.

Cons

Targets are unrealistic and pay is poor for the amount of effort required to do the job. The advertised pay of £65 to £92 per day is misleading as you can only achieve this if you meet unattainable targets, otherwise is much less. The work is hard and isolating as you work on your own so you need to be very self-motivated and determined. There is a lot of rejection involved in going door to door and sometimes people can be abusive which can be quite disheartening and soul destroying. Management offer some telephone support, but are not very sympathetic. They can be patronising and expect you to work in all weather conditions with little reward.

Pros

Work is easy, managers aren't too bad. You have very flexible scheduling options. You can multitask, doing whatever you want at the same time as long as it's not on your phone.

Cons

It's really slow and boring. You sit there for hours on end doing virtually nothing. Everyone working as an interviewer pretty much dislikes it a little bit.
