Pros

Flexibility, that's about all it has going for it. Some of the supervisors are quite nice, but they

Cons

You only get offered shifts when they deem you are worth their time. Zero-hour contract, where you are expendable. Managers are scum, treat you like crap. No job prospects, and it takes ages to get moved up the ladder. The sliding money scale means you might get paid £7.20 one week then £6.95 the next. Got underpaid several times, and had to fight to get my wages more than once because of computer errors. Really just horrible people who don't care about you or your well being. All of the equipment is outdated and you barely get any training. If they test a new project using you as a guinea pig then anything wrong with it is automatically your fault. Also avoid the coffee machine - its just watery diarrhoea in a cup. Seriously disorganised place, one of the worst experiences of my life.

Pros

Flexible times of work, relatively easy work, moderate rate of pay for trainees. Not sitting behind a desk all day.

Cons

Can be difficult to secure interviews if you dont have great interpersonal skills. The weather is a double edged sword.

Pros

Friendly environment, you can work from home twice a month, recognized as "Super Empresas" by Expansion Magazine and flexible schedule.

Cons

Hard to move to another area, even thought it's an international company... it doesn't helps workers to move to another country.
