      Pros

      Aside from the obvious benefits of working at a company that truly cares about patients and having a positive impact on the world, Intuitive has been a great place to work because of the people and culture. It's clear that the company is aware of it's own rapid growth and is trying to make sure it's employees remain taken care of, while also retaining the "start up but supported" culture of innovation.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are long periods of stress that can be a bit exhausting, but it's never a surprise. Deadlines tend to get pulled in often, which means shifting rapidly to support reprioritized goals.

      Pros

      Intuitive genuinely cares about it's mission and demonstrates it constantly. The culture is very positive and the teams I've worked with have been incredible.

      Cons

      As the company grows, maintaining company culture can be challenging. The company is aware of this challenge and actively working towards a path forward.
