      Pros

      People here seem really driven by the company mission - in a good way. Great benefits, unlimited PTO, and salaries are competitive (especially in the healthcare industry)

      Cons

      People are nice, but the culture doesn’t feel like one that is easy to be social or break into. Teams tend to focus on work and not take a lot of effort for team building or employee engagement

      Pros

      Half decent benefits and paid holidays

      Cons

      There are clear glass ceilings for women trying to advance in their career and policies targeting parents. One of the team leads is racist and management refuses to do anything about it. Under paid for the skills required and constantly taking advantage of their employees. Higher expectations for women. Management across all departments is constantly ignoring problems until it smacks them in the face and then they look for someone to blame. You are a number, your family does not matter, you do not matter, they do not care about your opinion or health, high safety risks with lines that management refuses to do anything about.
