      Pros

      You almost need to have worked somewhere else to truly appreciate the culture & vibe we have at Intuitive! No where else have I seen such passion around a mission, strong & transparent leadership, drive to innovation, commitment to our patients, work-life balance & employee well-being!

      Cons

      We are still growing & learning as all companies do! We can continue to be more efficient so lots of great opportunity in this space!

      Pros

      Amazing people and culture - innovation driven, talented, diverse, creative, and passionate. Strong leadership team and execs with a vision. Fascinating technology that has a direct, meaningful impact on patient lives and families. Business that cares for and treats employees well. Fast-paced work environment that is dynamic, fun, challenging, collaborative, and supportive. Very competitive compensation and profit sharing for all employee levels. Company has been very effective at managing growth and spending while still innovating and investing in future opportunities.

      Cons

      Fast pace and innovation driven projects can cause some work/life imbalance at times. Business aware and taking active steps to alleviate it and improve upon processes/inefficiencies. Rapid growth over past few years has added stress as new people go through their learning curves (better now and has leveled off).
