- large enough to have a wealth of knowledge to learn from, small enough to not get bogged down by bureaucracy - non-pretentious, friendly, data-focused atmosphere - lots of growth opportunities - meaningful work - many opportunities to play sports during lunch/after work

- limited parking - lots of construction going on at the moment, increasing local traffic

Very competitive pay (high on equity), great atmosphere to work in, lots of room for personal and professional growth. Amazing leaders who care deeply about the product, significantly improving perks to keep up with the silicon valley standard. Most importantly, the mission of the company is to improve patients lives, and the company actually lives by their mission!

Cons

Being in south bay is not optimal. Growth has caused a current shortage of office space.
