Pros

The product is amazing, the technology and effort that went into designing their systems is ground breaking.

Cons

The work environment is hostile, and they tend to treat everyone as a replaceable number. The leadership does not match the values that the company portrays, most take the "as long as it looks good in a meeting" approach. Most common business ethics issues I ran into are: - Finger pointing - One-way communication - Death by meeting - Faking Numbers - Elementary School attendance policy - Favoritism/Nepotism - Discrimination I am mildly educated and heavily experienced. The first week I started there, an employee heard about my background, looked mad, and said "wtf is he doing here".

Pros

- great product - (mostly) amicable coworkers

Cons

- overworked; too much OT - poor management on all levels; management doesn't understand the reality of the work place/environment, purposely willful and ignorant - management is insensitive and ignorant; forcing people to work on Juneteenth holiday/weekend - degradation of culture; hiring those who are not fit for the environment - promoting incompetent people; managers who don't know how to lead or even do the basic tasks of their group, nepotism - toxic/hostile managers; talk negatively about you behind your back to other employees - shady politics in place on the upper management level; preventing growth/mobility - poor management of resources; lots of waste - lack of proper resourcing; too much work, not enough competent workers - poor planning; always behind on goals and cannot adequately plan ahead
