Culture needs to shift.

Pros

The pay is equitable and benefits are amazing. The total package as a whole is one of the best I’ve seen in my career.

Cons

Managers are very out of date and old school. They talk about the culture change and I would say only some of the sales leaders actually embrace change. Leaders say we are a direct feedback collaborative culture but it’s very one sided.

Amazing mission and culture. Intuitive hires the top 20% across all departments. If you like fast paced, high impact, rewarding work. This is the place for you. The entrepreneurial spirit is also still very much alive here and there is a strong focus on promoting from within.

Cons

We work hard, so you have to enjoy that type of environment. But if you do, then this place is THE place to be. Fast paced, mission driven, rewarding work with like minded people all around you.
