The company culture is supportive and collaborative. Mission is clear and employees are generally proud to be part of Intuitive. Since the company is still growing, there are a lot of opportunities, including technical and non-technical aspects such as career growth and self development.

Cons

Engineering driven so cross functional collaboration and resource allocation can some times be challenging.
