I learned a great deal, and absolutely left a better professional than when I arrived.

Cons

Way too much "coaching" and "feedback" to the point of doing it just to do it. Tremendous arrogance pevades the sales organization.

I was selected for an interview through my LinkedIn profile. Interview process was very professional, well-organized and quick. I was ultimately not hired but would recommend anyone who has a chance to interview with them.

Cons

Hiring team could be more precise in what qualities, skills and experience they were looking for in their candidate.

Finance lacks necessary reaources

Pros

Good health benefits, cafeteria, espp program. The company makes an amazing product that really improves surgical outcomes

Cons

Management views finance as a cost center and doesn't appreciate the value provided to the organization. Finance operates very lean making it hard to get necessary information from other groups as they are also very busy. Overall there is a lack of funding for business process improvement and software/it improvements. Also, opportunities to advance and grow are lacking.
