Thank you for your feedback – we take reviews seriously and do our best to address any concerns voiced by both our current and previous employees. It sounds like you may not have been aware of our Global Talent Development team – part of our HR department, this team provides professional development programs, communities, and tools for employees worldwide. While the GTD team focuses on learning for employees from all parts of the company, they also help advise departments on creating growth plans and development opportunities for individual job positions. We encourage our employees to own their development, using self-leadership as a basis for growing in their roles and into future positions. Our intranet provides a wealth of information and resources for development, along with our in-person and online training programs. Managers are also trained on how to best support employees in developing over time. We want every ISI employees to have the tools and resources to growth, with opportunities over time to learn and build into new positions. Thanks for the feedback!
