Intuitive gives a lot of ownership to people on the projects they work on, people are very competent and humble, and my manager cares a lot about the projects I want to be put on and career aspirations. Culture is very good, it’s not a surprise most people have stayed over 5 years at the company.

Cons

It’s become process-heavy in the time I have been there.
