Intuitive is a phenomenal place to work! We have a very unique culture that is extremely collaborative and transparent. The people and technology are amazing and I learn something new everyday. Our executive leadership team are highly intelligent, yet nice and approachable! This quote by Lonnie Smith, Chairman of the Board of Directors is spot on "There are no passengers on this plane. We are all crew members, and everybody does their part to ensure our success."

Teams are lean, limited tools/resources, understated and outdated facilities.
