Pros
The people at Intuitive, especially in leadership roles, believe the beliefs. There's a consistent message about preserving the culture from the top down, especially as the company grows. Excellent professional development opportunities and at the core it's still an advanced technology company that's constantly innovating.
Cons
There are middle managers who don't inspire or bring out the best in their employees but are kept around for some reason. Sometimes engineering teams get caught in the processes and forget the big picture. Often, there are too many priority 1 projects for shared services organizations.
