Top-level organizational goals that drive financial incentives are clearly defined, clearly communicated, and broadly shared.
Cons
Rapid growth is not easy to plan for, or adapt to. Corporate philosophy to empower small teams can strain existing business processes and practices as the organization expands, and individual/team responsibilities become more focused and specialized. It's the type of challenge that you hope to have, but a challenge nonetheless that must be addressed thoughtfully.
