Not what it used to be

Pros

Used to be a great company, with high retention rate. Pay, benefits, and overall compensation were competitive. Customer used to be important.

Cons

Big shift in higher level management and direction of company. Work-life balance decreased significantly, quality of work feels rushed, morale dropped, compensation continually shrinking. Customer and employees no longer seem to matter like they used to, only quick $$ and stock prices. The values that made it great, are no longer there.
