-Smart people who care about the mission of the company -Good leadership who know what they are doing and are motivated by the right things -No drama - the best ideas prevail (no matter who they are from), succeed as a team, learn from mistakes -Well resourced, so able to do top quality work as an engineer here, as quickly as possible.
