      Pros

      The people are great. The company is big on diversity; many programs and you can contribute to different causes. The RSU plan is fantastic.

      Cons

      I feel like I have great ideas and I have shared them with, but they never go any place. I know these would be great process improvements, but nothing ever happens. It makes me not want to share my ideas.

      good start for clinical sales

      Pros

      you learn a lot about all the different specialties and also get a lot of field experience in the OR, which is valuable experience for transferring to other jobs.

      Cons

      there are a lot of tests and evaluations. not a lot of compensations.

      Great Healthcare benefits, nice coworkers

      Cons

      Still growing out analytical systems, financial arm maturing and growing. Still has some startups vibes, definitely leaning into data driven work. Hybrid work schedule is somewhat unnecessary
