Intuitive is an organization that cares about its employees. A strong supportive structure with a thorough development pathway. From the top down, all employees are aware of the vision, goals, the achievements, and the challenges we face. As an employee, I am expected to bring my best, I also have a support structure to help with individual needs and support my work life balance.

Intuitive has been a life changing experience for me. The technology, the mission, the impact that Intuitive has on patients. These are just a few of the reasons that Intuitive is amazing. But moreso, as an employee, I could not be happier working here. Through the interview process, I was told that I will be developed and challenged here more than at any other company. This couldn't be truer. The reinvestment that Intuitive has made back into myself to sharpen my skills and develop myself as a leader amongst my peers has been incredible.
