Internal seminars and courses as well as external coaching on a myriad of skills have been provided. Professional development is pushed as a foundational pillar of the company and is offered often.

There are so many opportunities to grow and develop at Intuitive. I started as a CSA, was promoted to a CSR in one year, and then was promoted again to a Sr. Marketing Manager two years later. It has been an incredible ride.

Cons

It's a lean and fast culture. To maintain work-life balance you have to set clear boundaries.
