Technology is second to none and constantly improving Management is excellent, cares about you Company invests in your professional development you care about the work you do Talented coworkers who work hard and are willing to teach work is complex and interesting, no doubt hard but worth it once you start to understand

Cons

Lots of wasted time (long cases, waiting for turnover, doctors, etc.) Work life balance can be challenging, the nature of sales is you always feel like you could be doing more and its hard to relax

- amazing employee first culture - competative benifets

Cons

- while they value and emphasis employee development, they are lacking in structures opportunitied. Though its getting better - only benefit thats not great is 401k but the espp more than makes up for it
