      Pros

      Great product. Great drive by everyone.

      Cons

      Some teams lack direction and focus. Company grew way too fast in the last 5 years. A lot of internal processes that slow everything down.

      Great company, great vision and leadership, good followthrough

      Cons

      Its a med device company so process and design rigor is important. It can be a steep learning curve but the mission is worth it

      You can scream hey world I work for Intuitive surgical but inside you know how it feels

      Cons

      Extensive hours, Awfull managers with no skills but strong relationship. thronging you under the bus is a norm. You are a number then 2.5 hours coming 2.5 hours going traffic. do you think it worth it...
