Pros

You get paid on par with other product engineering companies, you are promised the heaven by the talent acquisition team in terms of work culture, technologies , innovation etc.

Cons

Everything which was told to you during the interview will be the opposite when you join this company. Some tenured business leaders have become incompetent over time. You are required to massage their ego everyday in order to survive otherwise you will be fired. This is a company which requires you to keep shouting out loud on any routine work you do. There are folks who would do minimum work and come to work 2-3 days a week but project that they have moved the mountains. If you belong to that category you could easily make a career at Intuit, IDC.

Cons

1. Worst kind of politics, fast catching up with Cisco, Ebay etc in work culture 2. Stuffing teams with lots of contracting folks is degrading quality like anything 3. "Keep the boss happy" is the one point agenda of all 4. No learning in terms of tech., only patching stuff happening

Pros

Good Pay : That is the only plus point Company is cash rich If you can play politics, it's "the" place to be If you butter up the right people, no need to do any work

Cons

Petty Politics Favoritism Performance does not mean that it will be recognized Too many people waiting in line to take away the work that you have done No visibility at all if you are a fresher
