Pros

Great company benefits - spotlights, yearly gym allowance, health insurance benefits Reputable company

Cons

Despite having a leadership overhaul, the company still lacks a clear strategy and senior management have no idea how to or what it takes for the company to be successful. The whole senior leadership has lost their credibility as the year has been a complete joke, with no increase in the overall Australian subscriber number. The company has definitely lost their way in terms of direction and culture. Intuit is no longer a great place to work for and has definitely lost its appeal. There's an awful lot of politics that happens in both the Sales and Marketing teams, which basically means that those who don't "play the game" as well as the others will never get recognised. We've lost a huge amount of talent because of this. The culture of the company has changed dramatically. It's no longer a place where people want to work at.

Pros

some good people, benefits are pretty good

Cons

terrible management & leadership. they are dishonest and manipulative. it's all about politics, budgets/headcount, perceived power. promotions are all politics too. there's little to no concept of skill development, and anything that exists is all for show.

Pros

Good Salary with Excellent Benefits

Cons

At end of the day - who cares for Free Food, Free Cab, & Gym Charges !!! GPTW ratings are highly driven by millennials not by lateral hires. Definitely when you are at lowest level of pyramid then no one would do politics with you and high salary/good benefits makes you rate company high.
