Pros

They have alot of good catch phrases. They encourage & support of We care, Give back (if your schedule allows).

Cons

If your responsible for Support, Holidays published are also mandatory work days. Sick days used are negative marks against you in getting a good shift. Employee wellbeing at this level is non existant.

Pros

Working from home is the only pro . Other than that the job is completely horrible I'd rather commute at this point

Cons

THE ABSOLUTE WORST JOB EVER. Low pay. 1 day of training and they want you to lie and fabricate to customers about something as important as taxes. Absolute horrible leadership . Strict about everything besides actually helping customers. The product has many glitches and problems and there's no solutions provided to agents to assist customers . Will not allow you to use your pto and is usually short staffed. If you want to keep your sanity do not work at this hole.
