Pros

Intuit has great benefits. Working to innovate and encourage ideas from within.

Cons

The past has focused more on the slides than the results. People could talk their way through their lack of performance. It is changing somewhat - not a lot of places to hide anymore.

Pros

Salary and benefits, employee networks, Idea Jams, working with intelligent people.

Cons

If you can be a brain-dead cheerleader for the concept-of-the-moment, then you'll go far. Learn to parrot back everything management says without any critical thoughts of your own. if you can think independently, you'll be a threat to people who like to follow a crowd. It's better to fit in than have a distinct personality. The more jargon you use, the better chance you have to advance in your career. Planning meetings are exercises in editing PowerPoint slides rather than creating a workable strategic plan for real 21st century business growth. Intuit's concept of diversity inclusion: bring your whole self to work, except for the parts we don't like.

Intuit has changed over the past few years

Pros

Good benefits, good people to work with, no hard line dress code, good diversity, gives back to the community, no discrimination.

Cons

Lots of churn at mid and upper management which causes confusion and bad nerves on all levels of the company. There's far more stress on making the big stock holders happy and far less on doing well by our customers than we had in early years.
