Pros

Intuit is the most laid back company. I love the environment and I love the people I work with. We are not discouraged to be ourselves.

Cons

If you don't mind doing 5 million things and having to live pay check to paycheck because the pay is borderline poverty then I guess there isnt one, or the fact that seasonals can come in making more than you make even though you have been there for 8 years or more.

Pros

Intuit draws smart people, who are passionate about developing great products for our customers. This creates a workplace that is stimulating and when in high gear very focused.

Cons

It can be very hierchical--too many people to get permission from--which inhibits fast decision making. We spend a lot of time thinking about ALL stakeholders, even when they may be fairly far from the core of an activity or issue.

Pros

The pay seems competitive for industry. I enjoy working with my peers. They are intelligent, work hard, and easy to get along with. I get good feedback, both when I do well and when I can improve. I have been recognized and compensated for work well done.

Cons

There has been restructuring of late. This has lead to some uncertainty and confusion.
