Bonus is discretionary and will be reduced if the business unit numbers are not met.

You have several clients which makes it difficult to keep track. -The QBO dept is very unorganized, they are constantly making changes. Which makes it difficult to do your job efficiently. -Bi weekly pay, which limits cash flow, with an already tight competitive pay scale.
