I quit and found a good job that values their employees and has good pay.

Cons

There are so many. High turnover rate. Unsafe work environment. Profit over employees health and safety. Work you like a dog for low wage, if your an engineer and not dumb you'll have long nights and weekends. Employees are expendable. Sales team is terrible and will screw you over with bad testing quotes. Cut corners everywhere. Hard workers are not valued. Higher ups will talk about you behind your back after you leave.

- Good benefits - Management is pretty hands off as long as you get your stuff done

Cons

- They will massively underpay you if you dont push pretty hard on salary up front. Most of my coworkers doing the same job as me make $10-20k less than me for the exact same work - Work is incredibly boring most of the time - Raises are extremely small - You dont really develop engineering skills here

There really are not any, be grateful you have a job!

Cons

Extreme pressure, all they care about is money, feels like a cult, more managers than you can imagine, the CEO is beyond awful. Build back ever better is the type of rubbish you will hear daily, they genuinely believe they are good in the world but trust me you will hate it here like everyone else.
