Management doesn’t have a handle on things, they say they want something but actually want another. Generally they only want what is cheapest, it’s all about money for them.

There aren't many. If compliance testing is your thing, or you happen to be at one of the lab's where advancement opportunity is actually available, it's probably ok.

Cons

This company likes to purchase other companies and then does a terrible job of integrating them into the larger company. They don't know how to grow organically. The adage "You can have it fast, cheap, or good" doesn't even apply here: You often don't get it fast and you usually don't get it good. It may be cheap--cheaper than UL. But you get what you pay for...
