Pros

You can create your own schedule. The price per hour is competitive. The people at International House Lima are great.

Cons

You have to travel to your classes. You can choose the classes you take, so you can pick ones that are pretty close. However, sometimes you will have to travel for 30 minutes to and from there, reducing the hourly wage (you are only payed for the time you spend in class).

Flexible scheduling and a solid team of supportive and open co-workers. Exposure to people from around the world if that's what you're interested in.

Cons

The school is disorganized; very little communication from management; employees stopped being scheduled with no prior notice and generally not the best place to work
