Unstable management and unorganised systems

-Hourly pay is not very good and you'll only get 30hr/wk if you're lucky enough to ever get a full day. Otherwise expect maybe 3-4hr max per day. -Constant schedule reshuffling. Semesters were only 4 weeks at a time but they still changed teachers' schedule -No notice or transparency about what classes you'll be teaching, impossible to depend on schedule -Seniority rules here. Old teachers can come back at a moment's notice and knock you off the roster. -Payroll and timesheet management is an absolute mess, there's 3 different pay rates that all require their own timesheet and you need to enter it all in yourself with their janky payroll system. -Absolutely not paid enough for planning. 1hr per week for planning is not enough time for even the most efficient teachers.
