Pros
- The flexible hours and remote work are great - The travel is a big pro but also very stressful to execute (especially in a junior staff position) - Benefits and holidays are good (compensation is NOT)
Cons
- Salaries are way too low for junior staff - management claims 45k starting salary is competitive for the industry but that blatantly isn't the case - Management is just completely out of touch with the needs of junior staff - junior staff suggestions/feedback falls on deaf ears - There's a lot of talk about internal improvements with little to no action - Very minimal training - everyone has a horrible first few months as they try to figure out how to do their jobs - No transparency or democratic process in decision making
