Pros
The people are passionate about the success of the company. There is a friendly and professional atmosphere. The management is always willing to help out with the workload. Outside of actual employment benefits, which are good, there are other benefits like company barbeques and holiday parties, galas and fundraisers, and opportunities to travel (depending on your position).
Cons
There is some high turnover in upper management which can make it difficult to maintain consistency. There can be a lot of back and forth on projects, which will inevitably have you redoing things a lot. Employee recognition can be infrequent.
